A Curaçao licence under the new Gaming Authority regime is better than the old sub-licence system, with published requirements and a complaints channel, but it remains a light-touch jurisdiction and gives a player in Iceland no local recourse. The first deposit earns 100% up to €500 plus 100 free spins, on a minimum of €20, or €40 for crypto. Wagering is 45 times the bonus, and winnings from free spins are capped at €100.

Worked example: deposit €100 and receive €100 bonus. You must wager €4,500 before withdrawing bonus winnings. At a 96% average slot return the expected loss over that turnover is about €180, nearly double the bonus. The 100 free spins can never return more than €100 in withdrawable money however they land.
