The operator name differs by source: Casino Guru and 20Bet's own blog give TechSolutions Group N.V. of Curaçao, Casino.org and the Kahnawake Gaming Commission give Starsten Ltd, and AskGamblers in 2026 lists Lumora Digital Ltd. The licences reported are Curaçao Gaming Authority OGL/2024/590/0758, a Kahnawake Gaming Commission licence and an Estonian Tax and Customs Board (EMTA) licence, HKT000065. We could not read the official terms, which are geo-blocked, so all of this is reported rather than verified by us.

For a player in Iceland, none of these licences gives local protection. A Curaçao licence is the most common in the offshore market; the new Curaçao Gaming Authority regime is stricter than the old master-licence system, but dispute handling is still limited. Kahnawake has a formal complaints procedure. Bonus and wagering

The casino welcome offer, according to the terms as reported, is 100% up to €120 plus 120 free spins on the first deposit, and 50% up to €100 plus 50 free spins on the second. You need to deposit at least €20 to claim it, although the ordinary minimum deposit is €10.

Wagering is 40 times the bonus and must be completed within three days. A worked example: deposit €100 and receive a €100 bonus.
